News from Pittsburgh Presbytery

A good lawyer will try to seat multiple witnesses in trial proceedings, each of which provides detail that supplements what others have reported. Similarly, the witness of the Gospels is strengthened rather than weakened by the variety of its reports. The apostles’ major role was as witnesses. They told what they saw. Our job as Jesus’ followers today is still, first of all, to tell a story. But when and where do we tell our stories? Will they really make an impact? In this week’s meditation, What Have You Seen?, Rev. Dr. Sheldon Sorge discusses these questions and more.
