It is oh, so easy to succumb to weariness when doing the right thing – especially when it’s something we’d rather not be doing or might be uncomfortable for us. Like wearing masks or in our quest for racial justice. Will our compassion for others wither and fade, or will we continue to press forward over the long haul? In this week’s meditation, In Praise of Persistence, Rev. After meeting last Monday, the planning team voted to postpone the 2020 conference until 2021. They made this decision with a heavy heart. Nevertheless, they say they also recognize that there is a moral responsibility as brothers and sisters in Christ to care for one another. The new date is set for October 11-13, 2021, at Laurelville Mennonite Church Center.

The Church Financial Leadership Academy is an online learning platform offered by the Presbyterian Foundation AT NO COST. It provides financial literacy education in an interactive format and is available any time you are ready!

Growing in Grace & Gratitude, a curriculum designed to help children explore the stories of the Bible through the lens of grace, has great resources to use at home or online including a Bible story for children with simple activities, a coloring page, and a story audio which allows you to hear the stories read aloud by different voices.
