Tax Exemption Certificate Update!
The Synod of the Trinity’s Sales Tax Exemption renewal, which includes the churches and presbyteries under its umbrella, was scheduled to be complete by the end of 2020. The Synod emailed congregational tax-exempt certificates to each congregation as it received them, but some of our congregations say they have not yet received their certificate. If you have not yet received your certificate, please contact Frank Orzehoski at the Synod office.
The Tax Guide for Ministers for 2020, Federal Reporting Requirements for Churches for 2021, and the 2020 Housing Allowance letter are now available on the Board of Pensions website.
2020 was a year for the history books! A year we never want to revisit. One filled with racial tension, political unrest, natural disasters, and a paralyzing virus that left us feeling helpless and isolated. Join us as we close the book on, or rather set fire to, last year. In this first episode of Season Two, Ralph and Brian dive into reflecting on Awareness and Transformation 2020, what they learned, what they hoped you learned, and what we as Christians must do in 2021 to continue the pursuit for justice, peace, and love.
