Church Today for Tomorrow—Grounding Ourselves in Our
Gifts Rather Than What We Are Giving Up For the Future
Fear and doubt are the antithesis of trust. When looking to the future of our church, fear sometimes turns hope in opportunity to doubt of purpose. Gripped by the fear of the unknown and what we may give up, we become stuck in the present or past with no movement towards the future! How do we let go of what we are afraid of and become “unstuck”? Join your friends and colleagues of the West Branch of the Pittsburgh Presbytery and key speaker Rev. Dr. Graham Standish as we discuss the church and how we let go of our fears, identify gifts we currently hold, and how we take those gifts into the future.
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.”
