The Why Behind the What?
Technology and Church Ministry in 2022 and Beyond
The arrival of COVID-19 forced changes into the life of the church that made words like Zoom, live streaming, and hybrid/online worship common parts of our conversation. While churches excelled in finding technological solutions to the emerging challenges, the broader question of how adding these elements would shape and re-shape our broader mission and strategy for ministry has been left unexamined. As we appear to be exiting the pandemic phase of COVID-19 we have a unique opportunity to ask “So what does all this mean for us?” Designed for congregational leaders and Pastors, this presentation will explore some of the “why behind the what” questions when it comes to integrating various elements of technology into our church’s ministry strategies.
