Full-Time Administrative Assistant

High School Ministries Coordinator

The High School Ministries Coordinator shall also assist and participate in the Contemporary Worship Service. The High School Ministries Coordinator is expected to provide spiritual leadership and demonstrate personal faith in Jesus Christ in relationships with staff, students, church members, and colleagues. He or she must have a joyful enthusiasm for and sincere empathy with young people, enjoying their company and their unique characteristics. This is a full-time position. Child Education Coordinator

Child education coordinator, Sixth Presbyterian Church Sixth Church, located on convenient bus lines at the corner of Forbes and Murray Avenue in Squirrel Hill, is seeking a mature and nurturing person to be our "point person" on Sunday mornings, coordinating the flow of about 30 children through Sunday school and about 10 to 15 children through extended session during worship. This involves being sure that either volunteers or paid childcare workers are available each Sunday where needed in nursery and children's areas. It also involves supervising 20-25 minutes of time for children ages first through third grades during worship every week from September through early June. Organist/Choir Director Position
Mt. Nebo Presbyterian Church
Fully liturgical and sacramental Presbyterian congregation of 170, with rich tradition, is seeking an accomplished part-time organist. We are looking for someone competent in traditional and contemporary Christian music. We have one service per week. Special services, including but not limited to Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Holy Week, Easter and Thanksgiving. Our choir rehearsal is once a week with occasional accompaniment of Bell Choir and optional playing of weddings and funerals.
Director will direct choir practice and accompany the praise and worship team on Sunday morning. This is about a three to five hour a week commitment depending on church activities.
